Cancellation and conference fee refunds are possible until the registration deadline (15 September 2025). After 15 September, fee refunds cannot be issued.

Our conference dinner will take place at the Heurigen (traditional Austrian tavern) 10er Marie. There will be vegan, vegetarian, and omnivorous options.
